Allure Ultra Interlocking Planks vs Allure Vinyl Plank Flooring?
We have recently redone my bedroom. We are looking at new flooring where the carpet is now. The two floorings we are looking at are both vinyl plank floorings found at Home Depot. I would like to know the pros and cons of each and the one that is better. I want to take into account ease of installation, final overall look of the product, and how long the flooring will last. I know that Allure Ultra is a slide and lock type of flooring and that the regular allure involves glue. I also know that Allure Ultra is .98 a sq. ft. and the other Allure is .99 a sq. ft. I would like some more insight. Please don’t answer unless you are knowledgable about these floorings. I just want to get the most bang for my buck!

if its a DIY job then the interlock will look better as a whole, but youll have the most trouble cutting it into your baseboards and around your doors. The cheaper vinyl that is glued ive used in some kitchens.. youll have to roll what you glue, and wipe up residual. keep working it until the bubbles are all out, but the trimming around the walls and doors is easier. personally i prefer the interlock, but both are durable however the interlock scratches easier in my opinion.
