We have recently redone my bedroom. We are looking at new flooring where the carpet is now. The two floorings we are looking at are both vinyl plank floorings found at Home Depot. I would like to know the pros and cons of each and the one that is better. I want to take into account ease of installation, final overall look of the product, and how long the flooring will last. I know that Allure Ultra is a slide and lock type of flooring and that the regular allure involves glue. I also know that Allure Ultra is .98 a sq. ft. and the other Allure is .99 a sq. ft. I would like some more insight. Please don’t answer unless you are knowledgable about these floorings. I just want to get the most bang for my buck!

From preparing the floor, using a power sander, laying and cutting the flooring. Tools needed: sandpaper, chisel, utility knife, metal sheers, contour gauge, metal rulers, pencil, and cardboard. Thanks to my Dad for teaching me about the tools.
